Sales Manager Sweden

Smartline is, together with Holdit and Telldus, a brand owned and marketed by Proove AB. Having offices in Falkenberg, Varberg, Lund, Shanghai and Shenzhen, we are an international organisation and our strength lies in our close collaboration with our manufacturers. We are now searching for a strategic and driven seller who wants to join us and take our brand Smartline to the next level. We think that you work today as a sales representative and are ready for the next step in your career.

As the Sales Manager, you have the total responsibility to strategically develop and drive the sales of the entire Smartline product range, where we are just launching a new concept; Smartline Flow. Smartline Flow consists of an assortment that makes life easier and safer in a smart way. And makes the world slightly more sustainable.

In this position you are supposed to work with existing customers, which are mainly found in the consumer electronics business area in Sweden. But also to break new ground in areas where the interest in our products can be found. Our goal is to take the brand to an international level starting in the Nordic countries and Germany.
The company has clear growth goals and your responsibility is to ensure these goals are met. You report directly to the Business Area Manager. The location for this position is in our Head Office in Falkenberg.

Your qualifications

  • You have several years of B2B sales experience
  • You have a lot of passion and dedication
  • You work proactively and strategically in your sales processes
  • You are self-motivated and result-oriented
  • You have the skills to create and develop markets
  • You can express yourself in Swedish and English in both speech and writing
