Smart lightning

To reset the remote control, you need to hold down the reset button on the back of the control for about 4 seconds. The LED on the front of the control should then flash twice. Then do another press on the reset button, but this time just one short press for about one second. The LED should then start flashing slowly to show that it is in “pairing mode”. So, all you need to do is press the reset button twice. The first time for 4 seconds, the second time for 1 second.

We think it has to do with one of the two options below.
1. You forgotten to add your lights to our app. This means that the reception of the lamps is open and can be controlled by other users within the reception area who uses our remote control.
2. The second reason may be that you have added a timer for the lamp. Go into the app and see what timers you have set and turn off those that are not needed.

First of all, make sure that your power switch is one. That may sound obvious, but it is usually what we miss. Do you have a cord for the plug? Check that it is properly inserted into the socket.

We do not recommend that because our lamps are not approved for outdoor use.

It is super easy! Screw in the lamp in the luminaire, download our app and then add the light source in to the app. If you want to read more about the installation, you can do it here. Then you are good to go!

No, you do not need an account to use our lights. It is supposed to be easy to use, right?

Smartline Flow is not compatible with other systems for now.

What makes our lamps unique is clearly the simplicity. You do not need extra gadgets such as a controller or a hub to make the lighting work. The smart thing is in the light source itself, which is controlled via Bluetooth. You can of course continue to use your regular switch to turn the lights on and off if you prefer.

Smartline Flow is our concept for smart lightning. We have placed our greatest focus on making it feel easy to get a smart home, no matter how technical you are. The lamps are completely controlled via Bluetooth and installed with two simple steps via our app. You then choose whether you want to control the lights via the app, with the remote control or if you prefer to switch the timer function on and off.

Of course not! You can buy our remote control where you easily turn the lights on, off or dim with just one click.

We believe that the fewer steps required, the easier it is to navigate. Just go into timers, then press + to add a timer to specific light source or smart plug. Then name the timer any name and set the time you want the lamp to turn on or off. Easy, right!

Return and delivery

When we have processed your order, we will send a confirmation email that your products are on their way. If you have not received the email within 2 weekdays, you can always contact info@smartlinesweden.com.

Within Sweden we deliver your goods with Postnord or DHL depending on how big your order is. For smaller deliveries, the package is sent to your nearest Postnord representative and for larger deliveries, it is sent to the nearest DHL representative. For deliveries outside Sweden we delivery only with DHL.

We take care that you receive your goods as soon as possible after you place an order. We pack the order within 24 hours and you can expect to have the goods delivered within 2-3 working days. For deliveries outside Sweden the delivery time is 3-4 days.

If you receive a product that is defective, you can always contact our customer service at info@smartlinesweden.com. Complaints can be made for up to two months. We are of course responsible for the shipping cost.

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal on everything you bought from us. This applies from the time you or your postal agent receives the package.

To make a return, you need to fill in the enclosed delivery note and state why you want to make a return. Then pack the item in the same package that you received sent to you and mail the package to us. You are responsible for the return cost and this is added to your invoice if you have chosen to pay with Klarna.
